Overview

As part of Walmart Business’s evolution, we redesigned the membership experience to serve a broad spectrum of B2B customers—from SMBs to large enterprises with complex needs. The objective was to introduce tiered membership plans offering exclusive benefits, enabling scalable value for businesses at every stage. This was a high-stakes, large-scale design initiative with an estimated GMV impact of $60M, and was key to expanding Walmart’s footprint in the enterprise space.

Transforming Wanderlust Travel Agency's online presence in just 4 weeks, TravelBliss Adventures emerged as a captivating travel platform. Leveraging CI CMS, it became a one-stop destination for travelers, offering an engaging space to explore destinations, plan trips, and share travel experiences.

What is Walmart Business?
The Challenge

Walmart Business+ followed a one-size-fits-all approach modeled after Walmart+, offering uniform benefits across a highly diverse B2B customer base. This approach didn't scale for our growing and diverse B2B customer base—ranging from small businesses to large enterprises with over 1,000 users. To bridge this gap, we needed a flexible, scalable solution that could deliver targeted value at every level.
