What is Walmart Business?
The Challenge
Walmart Business+ followed a one-size-fits-all approach modeled after Walmart+, offering uniform benefits across a highly diverse B2B customer base. This approach didn't scale for our growing and diverse B2B customer base—ranging from small businesses to large enterprises with over 1,000 users. To bridge this gap, we needed a flexible, scalable solution that could deliver targeted value at every level.
