Designed the end-to-end user experience of a chatbot for answering user queries in an effective manner. As the lead designer for the project, I was involved in collaborating extensively with team members from the core project group.
Developed information architecture, content strategy, wireframe and interactive prototypes for web access.
Translated business and consumer needs to optimize query results for both the business and end-user requirements.
Developed the personality of the chatbot by setting a tone, body language and vocabulary for the chatbot.
Translated results into aesthetically appealing finalized high-fidelity UI and spec guidelines.
Built the conversational interaction based on multiple past user conversations to ensure continuity and usability.
Designed the user interface of a backend portal used by various teams across Hitachi Vantara to analyze the conversations of the Chatbot, edit or enter intents and train the tool for specific queries.
Enhanced the user experience of the Hitachi Vantara Website to increase conversion rates and enable fluid navigation
Leveraging analytics to understand user behavior and suggest changes to increase specific element visibility.
Refined accessibility of pages to increase engagement with the website and increase interaction times.
Improved accessibility of specific elements and revamped navigational components of webpage.
Designed the footers on the Hitachi Vantara Webpage to improve accessibility and user experience
Researched competitor webpages for benchmarking and to understand format, design and strategy.
Leveraged analytics to understand high interest topics in each subpage.
Designed a consistent footer for subpages with suggestions for elements.
Participated in a Hackathon as part of a five member international team to design a novel solution around Citizen Data Scientists.
